How We Got Here

From a single Dallas training room to a nationally recognized IT consulting accelerator.

CareerClimbUSA started in 2009 with one trainer, a conference room, and twelve IT professionals who wanted more than their salaries were giving them.

What followed was fifteen years of refinement — iterating on curriculum, building employer relationships, and developing a placement methodology that consistently outperforms the market. Today we operate a full-service IT consultant development engine trusted by professionals in every major metro area and every major industry vertical.

We are not a staffing agency. We are not a bootcamp. We are a career elevation system built specifically for IT professionals who want to consult — and built by people who have done it themselves.

Founded in Richardson, TX
Launched with 12 founding consultants and a focus on infrastructure and networking skills training for the Texas enterprise market.
2013
First 100 Placements
Reached our first 100 consultant placements across financial services and government sectors. Expanded training to cloud, cybersecurity, and ERP.
2017
National Expansion
Opened virtual delivery of all programs, enabling IT professionals from all 50 states to access training, branding, and placement support.
2020
Launched IT Strategy Division
Added IT Strategy Consulting as a service line, advising enterprises on digital transformation, vendor governance, and technology roadmapping.
